АУЫЛДЫҢ КАДРЛЫҚ ӘЛЕУЕТІНІҢ ҚАЗІРГІ ЖАҒДАЙЫ

The characteristic features of rural labor market are presented. The notions "labor resources", "labor force", "labor potential", "personnel potential" are considered. The distinction between the categories "labor potential" and "human potential", factors determining the conditions for the formation of human resources have been presented. The analysis of the demographic situation in the countryside, the need for workplaces have been conducted. The main trends in the formation of the workforce, differences in the staff potential in terms of gender and age characteristics, and the level of education have been revealed. The causes of low employment among young people in rural areas have been determined. The structure of rural employed population by status, the unemployed population has been presented, as well as the analysis of the level of self-employed population. The uneven coverage of the personnel potential with work in agro-industrial production, the distribution of unemployment by age and sex structure, level of education by regions of the country have been revealed. Indicators of human potential have been identified and analyzed: persons who are not part of the labor force and make up a reserve of labor resources.
