ПРОБЛЕМЫ И ПУТИ ОБЕСПЕЧЕНИЯ ПРОДОВОЛЬСТВЕННОЙ НЕЗАВИСИМОСТИ РЕСПУБЛИКИ КАЗАХСТАН

Abstract

The paper highlights the ways of solving the problems of food security at the expense of domestic production. In particular, a set of measures for the development of a crossover devel- opment of agricultural production, and population solvency demand aimed to achieve food secu- rity of the Republic has been proposed. Measures on public regulation of AIC have been recom- mended, which have a systemic nature, including maximum possible use of indirect instruments and minimum - the direct impact. Calculations showed that application of the proposed measures on public regulation will result in the increase of the share of domestic food in total volume of commodity resources of the internal market.
